we are a sanctuary for movement rituals and community connection. we offer a range of modalities with intentionally curated movement guides in nyc. we’re here to help you embrace the joy of moving!

    clean sneakers are permitted, soiled or wet sneakers are not.

    no need to bring a mat, we have them!

    bring a towel if you need. we have tap and boxed water on site.

  • bookings have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

    there is no extension on class packages. please note that all of our purchases have an expiration date.

    schedule is subject to change.

    no phones in the studio - we want you to be present! if wearing a watch, please do not scroll during class.

    please stay until the end of class!

our classes are either $36 or $28, depending on the modality. our bodycraft and pilates classes are $36, and dance and yoga classes are $28.

class packs

commit to 5 or 10 classes at once! all packages expire in 90 days. as a reward for your frequency, you’ll save some $$!
