frequently asked questions

  • no dance or movement experience is required to come and move with us! we want to bring movement to all, and our teachers are well versed in adapting to all levels and ability levels.

  • whatever you are comfortable with - barefoot or sneakers. clean sneakers are absolutely permitted; soiled or wet sneakers must be removed.

  • there are cubbies at the front of the studio for you to store your belongings. please do not bring belongings into the studio to maximize the space for movement.

  • the waitlist works! if you sign up for a class and the button says “waitlist,” the class is at full capacity. when someone in class cancels, you will *automatically* be added to the class up to 90 minutes before class. this means you could be added to the waitlist at 3am - so please, cancel your spot on the waitlist if you do not intend to show up. if you are added to the class and do not show up, you will lose your class credit.

    you will receive an email notification if a spot opens up. if you don’t hear from us, it means we don’t have any space. we do not encourage showing up to the studio if you are on the waitlist. we will reach out if we can fit you in!

  • yes! reach out to hi@letsbodycraft.com to set up a bodycraft private. should you desire another practitioner, the space is available to rent for $60/hour.

  • sure do! schedule a virtual 1:1 bodycraft session or subscribe monthly to bodycraft mobile for unlimited access to our on demand library of 300+ videos.

  • of course! head over to our rentals page for availability and rates.

  • out of respect for your classmates and instructor, please silence your phone and store it with your belongings outside of the studio. gift yourself full presence for your movement practice.

  • yes, we have multiple changing stalls available for you to change your clothes. 

  • nope! we have mats and any props you may need for class provided for you. if you prefer to bring your own mat, feel free to do so.
