welcome Nessie to teaching their first bodycraft class! we’d love for you to fill the room and get to know them. this class is the heart of bodycraft. from start to finish, we create a seamless, fluid journey in and out of the floor, alternating between dance cardio and bodyweight strength training. this is a full body experience, with dynamic movement meant to take up space. we close with a cool down and nourishing meditation. you will leave feeling cleansed and energized, and more connected to yourself.
