  • bodycraft

    this class is the heart of bodycraft! alternate between dance cardio and bodyweight strength training for a robust, full body experience meant to take up space and express.

  • bodycraft depth

    work with heavier resistances to build strength, improve balance, and still maintain a fluid, dynamic range of motion. all the complexities of compound movement, but with a little more oomph.

  • bodycraft dance release

    leave it all on the dance floor! this class is for anyone who loves the high from straight dancing. begin with dance cardio and finish with simple choreography broken down for you.

  • bodycraft wake up

    invigorate your being, ground into your core, and melt any tension. we'll begin with a gentle warm up and transition into bodyweight strength and stability work for a gentle wake up.

  • yoga

    connect to the breath while moving through sequences of asanas (poses). focusing on the body’s relationship to the ground, students will find centering and alignment.

  • pilates

    focus on core, stability, and grounded strength. build an intentional burn while expanding your movement vocabulary and mind-body awareness.

  • beginner hip-hop

    gain an understanding of the foundations of hip-hop dance while building coordination, technique, rhythm, body awareness, and confidence. class will culminate in learning fun choreography!

  • breathwork

    immerse yourself in your own body wisdom through a transformative breath technique to open your heart and restore your connection to self at the soul level.

meet our founder, Emily Diers

after a lifetime of studying dance, Emily felt the missing piece to a lot of fitness spaces was the sense of joy, play, and fun. she believes movement can be life-giving and enjoyable, while still challenging.

at bodycraft studio, we believe that movement is medicine. we know the value of movement that keeps you engaged and inspired. when we are lit up by our movement practice, we keep showing up.

our studio aims to:
