Helen Phelan is comprehensively certified in both mat and apparatus pilates, a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Intuitive Eating™ coach in training.     a 45-min full body athletic mat pilates workout structured as a circuit. we'll focus on one specific muscle group so just when you think you're at the point of muscle failure, we'll move on the the next muscle group, giving you time to recover and feel fresh when we revisit an exercise. class is set up to offer variations and modifications so you can tailor each movement to whatever your body needs that day!
